• Knows your firm — every conversation carries your firm's profile, so answers fit your practice and jurisdictions rather than a generic lawyer-in-the-sky.
• Reads what you hand it — attach PDFs, Excel, CSVs, text and images directly, or link documents from the matter's records room.
• Conversations per matter — threads live with the matter, titled and revisitable; the sidebar's recents take you back to where you were.
• Model choice per question — pick a heavier Claude model when the question deserves it, a faster one when it doesn't; usage is metered either way.
• Engagement memory — what you establish in conversation is summarized and remembered for the engagement, so context compounds instead of resetting.
