Neptune Data / Applications / The three tiers

Three tiers. One workspace.

Applications aren't a fixed catalog — they're a range. General applications come with every workspace. Practice applications go deeper into a field of law. Bespoke applications are built around one firm's defining workflow and belong to that firm. What's below are spotlights, not the limits.

Tier one — General

Default access, for everyone in the firm

Every workspace ships with the everyday tools a matter runs on: records, drafting, counsel and research. No add-on pricing, no per-app procurement — your admins invite a user and the General tier is theirs.

Tier two — Practice

More specific: applications tuned to a field of law

Practice applications encode how a field actually reviews its documents — the report sections, the citation discipline, the flags that matter. The spotlights below serve banking, commercial real estate and estate planning; they're examples of what your field's set can look like, not the boundary of it.

Practicing in a field you don't see here? Tell us what your reviews look like — practice applications are configured, not invented from scratch.

Tier three — Bespoke

Custom-built for your firm. Only your firm.

Some workflows are too central — and too particular — for anything off the shelf. A bespoke build is a consulting engagement whose deliverable is software: scoped with your practitioners, built on your real documents, validated against your own reference work product — and still running on the platform long after the last working session.

Start at whichever tier fits.

General on day one, Practice where your field runs deep, Bespoke where your firm is singular.
